We are stocking 5 of Zapp’s Z-Series PM tool and high speed steels for quick turn-around throughout the eastern US.
Our expanded offering of services include; full complement of PM tool steel grades and sizes, same day or next day local delivery (based on stock availability), production sawing capability of all materials for your high volume material needs, CNC milling for custom size blocks, special tolerances or finishes.
Our Products
.We specialize in distribution of Zapp Tooling Alloys PM tool steel and PM high speed steel, offering quick shipment throughout the eastern United States. Our Z-Series PM offerings include Z-Wear PM, Z-Tuff PM, Z-A-11 PM, Z-12 Ultra PM and Z-Max PM.
We also stock conventional tool steel grades A-2, D-2, S-7, and H-13 and high speed steel grades including M-2, PM M-4, PM T-15 and PM M-48.
We carry 4140 HT alloy steel in flats, hot rolled rounds and Turned, Ground and Polished Shafting
We also distribute and offer production cutting on a wide variety of non-ferrous alloys like brass, bronze, aluminum and copper, which are also stocked at Eastern Tool Steel.
We offer valued added services such as drilling, production cutting and CNC machining.
